HOW DOES IT WORK?

PB FITNESS ONLINE COACHING is designed to give you the knowledge and motivation you need to eat smart, get active and lose weight…

Once you have joined the team, you will receive our digital welcome pack which will provide you with all of the information and guidance you need to get started. All we ask from you is that you complete out initial consultation form so that we can find out a little more about you.

We will provide you with a calculated, daily calorie allowance tailored to you and your goals. Alongside this, we will be setting you a variety of targets to follow such as protein and water intake. There is no “one size fits all” so this will be adapted throughout your coaching plan.

It is important to mention at this point that we DO NOT do meal plans! This goes against our ethos of a flexible, non restrictive approach.

As well as our expert, nutritional advice you will also receive a workout program that is designed specifically for you. No need to panic! This will take into account your current level of fitness, the time you have available and any access you have to gym facilities and equipment.

If you’re new to exercise, we have a large collection of demonstration videos and pdf guides to ensure that you are performing exercises correctly and getting the most out of each workout.

PB Fitness will be with you every step of the way to help you to succeed!

PB Fitness Flexible Dieting, recipe books will be provided for you along with additional food advice and recommendations. Simply scan the barcode into your food diary and hey presto your calories are logged! All recipes are family friendly because of course, we want to make sure that these fit into your normal routine of eating together.

Lifetime access to our private, Facebook meal ideas group with over 1000 members posting meal ideas and tips on a regular basis.
